Every client has different requirements and the only way we can find out what is really needed is to sit down and talk. We have found that the help client’s need often falls into one of three loose categories:

Do you want to know what your clients really think of you?

 

Sometimes the way ahead seems unclear, so many opportunities and only a finite resource. In these circumstances it often pays to take stock of where you are before launching into a new campaign. We have found that Client Evaluation Surveys are an ideal method of establishing exactly what is going on in your business. They provide a wealth of information and can act as a springboard for growth.

 

We will decide with you what you need to know from your clients and draft a series of questions to ask them. Then we’ll call them up and speak with them. We find that between twenty & fifty clients is the ideal number to approach – if you have more than that, we’d just take the top twenty percent. Finally we summarise our findings in a document that, as one client told us, is worth its weight in gold. Because we’re independent your clients are more likely to tell us the truth. And because we call them, we get results.
